Defraging our collective systems for an optimum new year!

2025

1.1.25

Yay!! We made it

2024 Mukbang year. lol, man I could totally eat that…😩

2025 bring it on! Let’s clean it up.

Welcome to January…the most hated month of the year. Cold hard facts right there, lol! There is some brutal weather on the way next week already.

I am a January baby so I cannot and will not ever hate it. Being born in the winter time brings on an early resilience and a will to survive harsh conditions. So with that I am greatful for being given the opportunity to quickly adapt to the harshness of winter from the start of my life. If I could make it through that as a newborn I could make it through anything, right? I may poke fun at January from time to time about being the longest month of the year but I never truly complain.

So resolutions? Mine are pretty basic this time around the sun. I want some simplicity, in the complexity of this life. Sometimes it feels like everything I do just complicates, and it is overloading my body with cortisol, Lol. Is it too much to ask for? Perhaps, but I will do what I can on my end to prioritize that.

This year I want health improvement. I spend lots of time in meditation which helps some but I need nutrition changes as well. If I could do that everything else just falls into place. When you feel better you just do better in every thing you do, it shows in your aura and on your face. That’s how you know you’re doing it right. This year I’m taking a different approach towards that, than normal to see if it works. Instead of pumping myself up with fancy ingredients overloading my organs, or that extra boost of vitamins and supplements and other concentrated things like mushroom coffee. I’m going for a minimalist approach to reboot my nervous system. Simple doesn’t have to mean bland, tasteless, gray, boring.

Just minimalizing the ingredients of things put in the body will gently detox the nervous system where it won’t even be noticed as it is happening until seen in the body. Of course there are days where I‘ll stray off course but for the most part I’ll let it be my daily routine to eat simply.

I’m not going to set myself up for failure by starting today, I have things to finish eating from last year and my birthday will be gluttonous I’m sure. However I will start improving this month by not buying certain things anymore, and buying simpler health alternatives.

Things I will not buy anymore or for awhile, while my body improves. Terrible fast food. Will opt for healthier restaurant take out options or deli type food. Omit the fish truck. Limit Crumbl to once a month, meaning one cookie. 🤯 🤣. Find an alternative sweet treat with less ingredients that will take its is place. Preferably something I can make myself so I know exactly what’s in it. I will take a break from buying mushroom coffee and just drink one regular coffee in the morning to wake up.

The only vitamins I will take is my necessary one for life methylatedII, and I will keep glutathione on hand if I feel like I need to take it, which is when I get itchy and red…a histamine flare up. I may still take ALA for awhile as well not sure yet. All else is done.

What I have on hand at all times.

Filtered water, I just replaced my cartridges yesterday.

  • while I’m not dairy free I do try to limit it due to swelling, also have eggs occasionally but I’m slightly allergic so I can only eat them hardboiled. I mostly buy eggs for Chimmie as a treat and baking.

Tru lemonade packets, it is real lemon, Peet’s Sumatra is my go to coffee. Coconut Water, So Delicous Coconut milk Unsweetened, Planet Oat Oatmilk (I know it has some oxalates, but it’s not anywhere near as bad as other plant milks). Org Chicken bone broth usually Swanson.

A Lemon, A Lime, a good quality Olive Oil, Avacado Oil, Coconut Mana. Eggs, Simply Heinz ketchup, yellow mustard, hot sauces. Whole fat sour cream, Organic whole wheat flour (non enriched), Kerry gold butter, I have a few gourmet salts (Himalayan, Hawaiian Black and Hawaiian red clay), pepper, org Cinnamon, org sage, org garlic powder, chia seeds and MonkFruit. Pickled things…pickles, banana peppers, jalapeños and beets. I always have org carrots, an onion, and raw broccoli/califlower mixed.

White rice, black rice, and wild rice. Why not brown rice? Because the outside membrane while nutritious and fibrous holds all the toxins as well. Brown rice is high in arsenic because rice fields are wet and it is often sprinkled to keep the mice under control. I never buy it, white rice is brown rice with husk removed and along goes the toxins. What is the difference with wild rice and black rice. Black rice is wild rice, and all wild type rice is not grown but survives in a wild way, which costs a lot to harvest and is not mass produced using mice control. Something to know if you have heavy metal detox issues.

What I want to incorporate longterm. A green tea with low lead levels…hard to find unfortunately, it seems Japanese varieties are best like Sencha. Manuka honey.

I‘m pretty good with my meat consumption in small but diverse portions, but I could still dial it back a little, it is high in natural b6, which I need to keep an eye on. I eat a lot chicken wings, I should cut that down As they are calorie bombs without much nutrition, chicken is my main meat of choice. I rarely eat pork, besides an occasional ham sandwich or bacon slice but I usually always opt for chicken or turkey. I rarely eat hamburgers but occasionally I will. I try to eat lean steak like filet or sirlion. Occasional roast, or BB rib, occasional crustaceans and the rare salmon fillet, I like flaky white fish but need to stop eating it. I like peppered beef jerky. I don’t eat venison, lamb or other game animals…just not interested, I like lamb but not enough to put effort into buying it, and it feels cannibalistic 😂. I don’t like tuna. I will never eat a goat.

A meat I always wanted to try…is abalone. Weird right? I don’t know if I’ll get there. What in the actual fuck am I talking about…just a full on food tangent I went through

🤣 Abalone, wait that’s too many 😩

What I want to eliminate the most? Seed oils. Things fried in high eat seeds oils and deep fried. That is no good.

Anyways you get the gist of it. I’m looking to just simplify my consumption. Whole Foods, ingredients to enhance flavor that I know and trust. Get away from pumping myself up with preventives. Get vitamins and minerals from food vs pill, with exception (b12/folate). That is the goal through my mouth hole 😂. Stay properly hydrated and comfortably caffeinated, not to the point of irritation. Get some gentle antioxidants from green tea and whole fruits, maybe a sprinkle of chia seeds if necessary.

Food I’d like to try that I never had. Pistachio Cream. I am so mesmerized by the viral dubai chocolate bar videos I might have to buy the ingredients and make it myself, it would be a fun thing to make and I would have full control over it like what chocolate I use. It’s is really all I can come up with right now. Lol

2024 year of Crumbl….

This is super long so I’m going to go now. Here is to an intended better food health year. Let‘s see what happens!
