Clearing the crown

Good afternoon. I have a cluster fuck headache. That‘s what I call them. Everytime I have a phone call. So there is a pounding behind my eyes. So…time to clear the crown and third eye, but that usually doesn’t work, it’s just a matter of time. Do you have a headache, do I have a collective headache? I’m going to do that as soon as I’m done writing this. Also my leg massaging. Carpet cleaning may even be a factor I hadn’t thought of.

A hardware store had one to rent so not to despair…
I am probably going to be here for short bursts of writing daily until mid week and possible silence for a day or two or three. I‘ll just take it as it comes and see what I got time for. Probably not prescheduling posts. Going to listen to this sound bath and try to come up with dinner and do my rounds on social media. I hope it’s pleasant. I have had enough political but it’s kind of everywhere I truly loathe election years. So glad I mostly live in other dimensions, lol, everytime I come back here I get a headache. What is it teaching me? probably to stop complaining.
I’m merely venting to take the pressure off my skull. I know it is supposed to be taking everything slow and easy so we integrate the lightcodes it is a lot to take in. It’s like spirit interrupting your day every five mins because they forgot to tell you something. Uh huh, thanks!, okay… great, super, yep got it!, I wrote it down, ok, yes I can double check…for your peace of mind of course. Lol.

Wow, I got so creative tonight, it was fun :) Totally unexpected, I wish I could show. I don’t want to get too ahead of myself but it does have to do with next year, and some things I’m realizing about me and my evolution in my own flesh and my path in the year of the snake. Okay that’s enough hints. You’ll never ever guess anyways.
