Going to meditate and then lay down, been enjoying this sacral activation upgrade not sweating this wave I’m riding it out. Hmm just got cold air brush my neck. This 3rd dimension reality is so in the way, it is comical. It’s so beautiful and just stupid at the same time, this existence, just to gain access to knowing why we exist? But stay high vibrational to gain access to more other dimensional shit. That is just…I don’t know…🥱 going to go now. Good morning. Did I sleep well? No, lol. But here I am ready to seize the day. Creator mode already during my morning drinks, which reminds me I need to reorder Toniiq and think creamer today. Briefly heard that the highway from Topeka is closing for the weekend westbound, hopefully that is it because mail comes from that direction into Manhattan it already takes forever to get it. I wonder why it’s closing.

Listening to this first thing today, I have posted it before. I think it is the best for foot/leg pain when it is over I feel so much better, you only have to listen to it for a few minutes to benefit but I usually listen to the whole thing while I do other stuff, headphones not necessary you can play it however you want you can even loop it overnight. Recommend to all for rooting deep and aligning core chakras daily.
