Good morning, it is Friday the 13th! Celebrate the divine feminine in you. She would love that!

I fell asleep late and woke up early, via Chimmie was pawing me at like 4am to be petted, lol. She does this every morning on the back of my hand. Usually when she wakes up I also turn on the heated blanket at that time, that usually helps her fall back asleep but not today, she is energized. Geomagnetic storms affect your pets/wildlife too watch how they act. Currently post breakfast she is chillin out now trying to nap again.

I am craving lemon. Lemon anything, I get like that sometimes, I hear it is when your iron is low. Plus it is a Solar plexus food so, I’m going to get the lemon Crumbl cake later, (I have enough points for a free item). Lol imagine that, as often as I get something. I have some tru lemon to add to my water and maybe that will be enough.

The lunch

Sometimes it is exhausting picking what to eat in a day. I don’t always make the best choices, the above was a fair on the side of better for me choice. It could always be worse, like fast-er food than a deli. Skipping eating would be worse. Sometimes I go with what my body tells me it wants and what feels good after eating it, this feels solid and nutritious. I already said I was going to eat cake today which is worse I know, that is for my mental health. Uh it’s for the goddess, she really wants cake and I am not arguing with her. 🤣🙏🏻

So upon waking this morning by the persistent pawing, one of the first things popping in my head is everything is poison. I observed it. I think it is an effect of the times we are living. Modern life has negative consequences of consumption. There is no way completely around this as a living being. All we can do is try to make better all around choices when applicable. Food sources are regulated by the government, the water is polluted, doctors spread misinformation because they are not informed and also controlled by the government and incentives to push pills. The soil is striped of nutrition, making every one of us ill to some degree. Just take a pill instead to treat the surface problems but never get to the source as the body rots away. Then there is the media and the workplace and politics all destroying what ever is left of your life force energy and ability to use your mind to take care of the body. I think that it is imperative to utilize the heart space to counterbalance the toxic load we carry in this life, to help heal the nervous system because our food, water, environments no longer can right now.

Getting back to nature in some way is helpful every once in a while, back to running water and bare feet, sunlight and moonlight, clean air of a forest or mountain. Meditation and massage are great for stress. Fresh vegetables and fruit from a garden grown yourself in nutrient rich soil from composting. I know this isn’t ideal for most people because of the current design/demand of the current yet outdated world view. But to those that are knowledgeable in homesteading could do this kind of stuff should really start now, this will slowly change how we consume collectively. It will benefit more than just a few people in a myriad of ways. Be the change you want to see in the world is actually pretty good advice. There are a lot of challenges to do this but even if you live in a small communal space you can still have some indoor plants to clean your air inside. Buy a water filter for your water. Play some soothing frequencies in your space for energy work out loud so anyone will benefit. Get a small air purifier and maybe have a little fountain for water sounds.

Limit harsh chemicals on the skin and only shower when your dirty will save water and your skin’s protective biofilm. Salt baths to draw out body toxins and replace magnesium stores in the body. Try natural nontoxic cleaners for cleaning your space, open windows occasionally to circulate the air, change your ac filter promptly. Try to expose skin to the sun without sunscreen on limbs and face/head weather and season permitting for limited amounts of time outside of peak hours.

Then, just cover yourself up instead of toxic sunblock/screens. Eating citrus can help you during and after sun exposure plus you get vitamin d synthesis, to keep rickets and scurvy away. Aloe for burns. Manuka honey for infections of any kind ingesting or topically. Share food or swap food with friends, and also share knowledge of tips and tricks they may use. Of course I’m going to suggest crystals in and around your home. They have a useful vibration to keep your surroundings charged, clean, and absorb energy. Wear protection jewelry out in the world, and take off when you sleep and charge overnight on selenite (moon energy) or citrine (sun energy) for the next day. Sleep with a protection crystal under your pillow along with a dream enhancer to aid in the astral realms.

I could go on and on, yes this world is a toxic shitstorm, but these are ways to make it better for yourself and inspire others for that change. The more you focus on how to make your own world directly infront of you better, the toxic world falls away and one day little by little everything gets better because that is where the energy flowed.

I feel like that’s enough for today. My necklace for my Halloween costume hellish creature is arriving today but you can’t see it until you see costume because then it wouldn’t be a secret, lol. Have a great weekend and I’ll be back soon.
