Hello July

7.1.24

Good morning, again! Deep breathing today, make it a habit. The last post was like a ‘bonus’. I just felt it needed to stay focused on the butterfly. This one will be my normal daily diary type post. I have no idea if anyone likes these or would rather me just post those other single idea type posts. I personally like both, so I’ll continue to do both.

So June is behind us now, I feel I did enough of a recap to not do another one yesterday. Now forward to the now July. I woke up to a down pour this morning at 6 am, it is now done raining for the day I think, as the wind now picks up until tomorrow AM.

Currently listening to this. It feels good, a nice full body rumbling happening healing my body while I do other things. deep muscle body aches and nerve pain? This is a good one for that.

It is kind of late when getting to this so I will say I am going to have lunch in a minute. Alfredo noodles and steamed broccoli and a leftover cheese stick I have from yesterday. I’ll post pic after I make it.

Arctic was my first flavor I tried, it isn’t in the 12 pks no 12 pks left so I got couple, a huge cheese stick 🥵, and veggie noodles w/ broccoli

In the meantime, I want to say I recently fell in love with the handpan drum, I may have to get one and learn how to play it. I have never really been drawn to an instrument for myself, besides little finger chimes and singing bowls and my kalimba. I am loving listening to others playing it. It has that otherworldly enchanting sound, I could see myself going on into the woods and playing with it for the critters 😆. They would all sit in a circle and sway like in the olden day cartoons. Here is one, isn’t it magical.

Just finished lunch and had a Mercari sale, how about that! I love putting orders together and picking out stickers and crystal mushrooms and writing little thank you notes.

I thought I’d finish this post today with, a memory I posted on FB a few years back. Look at that brat kid. 🤫 it’s me! lol

I am still up, creating my art dump. Well, the finishing touches It may go live at 12am if I finish otherwise whenever I wake up in the morning. So I am off to continue that. Nighty night.
