Good morning. Well, the hurricane atleast wasn’t a 4 or 5 at landfall. Everyone I know is safe which is all I could hope for. Now to start the rebuild that never ever ends for that area of the US.

So, it is portal day. Ssshhhwiinnngg 😂, that is the sound of me being flung out Catapult style through the air of the unknown. That’s what the year end portal energies feel like inside when the body is tired and wants to slow down for fall/winter but in the spiritual sense, it’s like. No, we gotta learn this now. Fuck.

I skipped coffee this morning and went straight into mushroom coffee then I had some bone broth, again it’s from another brand I’m not loving but my brand has been out of stock a lot of the time recently. Feeling pretty good, so far.

Currently trying to figure out the mystery ‘what’s that smell’? lol. Ever play that game? There is a strange smell here and I’m trying to figure it out, and where it’s coming from. It is driving me a little batty. It smells like scrubbing bubbles cleaner tried to clean something up but failed. I HATE the smell of scrubbing bubbles 😂 so I didn’t buy it and use it on anything. Maybe it’s from another apartment, and I hope it goes away soon.

Last night I had Olive Garden which I don’t eat often but I was craving the shrimp fritta appetizer. Also got a side of gnocci soup. I was going to save the soup for lunch but didn’t. Now I have to figure out what to eat today. I ate one of the four free bread sticks with it but I’ll probably throw the rest out. Not gluten free and not worth it to me to swell up for.

I found the smell. Got some new garbage bags and didn’t realize they were scented “citrus burst“ or something like that. I guess I’m stuck with that scent for while.

Feel like I need to lay a sigil down. We are protected here.

😆 okay. I guess there is a g4 storm currently thought I was short circuiting for real had a strange vision and a burning feeling in my leg and I am listening the body recharge drum thing and it just stopped playing and… I was like okay, “what is happening now”? This 👇🏻. I’ll update throughout the day/night as I see, feel, hear it.
