Good afternoon. Look I got the pie box from this weeks Crumbl! They look amazing. The only one I’m not excited about is the apple pie. Not really a fan but I’m going to try it still. Not sure how I want to do it yet. Maybe eat one a whole pie a day, but do it in halves so I can taste two day. I usually don’t go for chocolate things lately because of lead…but I’m really excited for that French silk mousse. Key lime I love but it doesn’t really remind me Autumn, that’s a Florida Christmas pie, lol.

Just finishing my lunch, I fasted until 2pm 🫠 famished! Got my pickle spear and gluten free bread. Going to start incorporating coconut water into my life tomorrow to keep my electrolytes in check. I don’t think I like the flavor. Had it once along time ago, can’t really remember. We’ll find out soon.

I’ve made it through the sad days memories so I can post again.

I had half the French silk mousse and half the key lime pie today. The first one only had bottom crust not sides so it gets 9/10. the key lime was perfect 10/10.

lol. Something has me giggly today. I’m just smiley and it is cute. Anyways 👇🏻. I got a story.

So this song stands out to me in memory. I went to a show during the tragic kingdom tour in burgettstiwn PA. When this song started it also started raining. Strangely nobody left or tried to stay dry we all just swayed together and sang with our arms up in the air. The sound echoed in my head and I just scanned the audience with my eyes because I was intoxicated and mesmerized. Lol. It was a cold ride home soaking wet though. Sobered up quick. It was one of the most memorable shows I’ve ever been to strangely and I’ve been to a lot of real cool shows and places. Someday maybe I’ll get well enough to go to one in the future. I say that while half my left foot is numb and they are both burning up. Tomorrow I get to take ALA. I should stay away or limit vasodilators because with b6toxicity we have low blood volume and vasodilators are painful. But I feel ALA will help more than hurt. I just want to be comfortable and cuddly in my blanket!

Well…it’s after midnight and I need to get to sleep. Have a Good night <3
