Good afternoon 👀…yes. I feel fantastic. Just now getting around to writing today. Spent the morning tending to my legs, it is tedious, shave, lube, knee socks, and then massage each leg, but I slept good last night (I mean early am) once I finally got there, lol, so I was ready to just to do it!

I decided to make an egg and cheese muffin. I have a love hate relationship with eggs. I’ve gone years without eating them then all of a sudden I‘m eating them all the time. Today this was my craving so I did it. Not very pretty, but here it is. It‘s white American cheese on English muffin. Better than fast food.

It‘s another angel number 666 day if you do the math, on a Saturday (Saturn day) even! Insert diabolical cackle…😈🤣, just kidding it isn’t an evil day. Remember to watch your negative thoughts, no negative self talk! Touch your inner wounds with a gentle and warm hand. Nourish your mind, body, and soul and relax in nature’s energies. Love yourself. If you catch my drift.

Going to meditate…lol. My sacral is still you know…🙀. I’m not complaining but I am bewildered by it. Back later, maybe.
