Slept 9hrs

Good afternoon 😳, I slept for 9hrs straight! I’m like a brand new person, like what is happening to me. I didn’t expect that, I did wake up once because my head phones were close to dying and it tells me to plug it into the charger ”you have 10% charge left”. Well, at that time I was dreaming and in this dream I could see myself laying down with my eyes closed and I was saying out loud, “am I laying down? it feels like I’m laying down.” Strange. So I guess it wasn’t just a dream it was an astral moment.

So yeah, pizza and ice cream last night. Even used disposable plates like a true pizza party. 😂. I ended up just getting a veggie lovers from pizza hut. Because there isn’t anything better here. Actually it was good I was surprised, it has being a very longtime since I’ve eaten Pizza Hut pizza they actually improved. Yes it was not gluten free but it was worth it. I feel fine today. The ice cream was Ben and Jerry’s Marshmallow sky, it was on my bucket list. I jumped for joy seeing it (I just jumped in my mind, I can’t actually jump, lol) it was very marshmallow flavor, and it had cookie dough bits, not sure what part of blue sky that is? Meteorites? Spirulina gives in the blue tint, so it is a healthier coloring alternative. So all in all gluttonous Friday night.

Today‘s Facebook memory

PSL was cool, I lived there less than a year in the tiniest cute house. I grew a ton as a person during that time, it wasn’t easy. I think I would even say that was the first year I actually felt like I was an adult. I loved the beaches between there and Stuart, nobody was ever there. I lived like five minutes from it too, luckily no hurricanes during that time.

Basically did a full circle in Florida, live in Tallahassee for a few months, then moved to Naples for 3yrs, then PSL and back to Tallahassee for the remaining years. I enjoyed Naples I wish I had spent more time in nature and beaches than I did, I was too tired most of the time. Tallahassee is a different kind of Florida. No beaches. I joked about it being South Georgia, like, I’m pretty much right. Lol. I left right about the time it turned into the walking dead. Get it? Because the walking dead filmed in GA…the city had it share of homeless.

Anyways it doesn’t much matter, same pale blue dot in the cosmos

My massager has arrived today instead of tomorrow. Yes! Plugged in looking forward to it. Did you know your calves are known as your second heart? My second heart is…dead, maybe we can get it working again. Wish me luck and better health. I’ll report on it in a bit.
