Good morning, how are we? I woke up at 7am, fell asleep about 2am 😵‍💫. In my defense the above picture was at a time I got up at 4:30am to wake up enough by 6am, to work a full 8 hr shift with dogs and dress them up in costumes and take photos! That was not an easy task.

Space weather is packing a punch on the Globe, dispite what the report says below it has been updated. There are geomagnetic storms for the next few days that will impact our bodies and communication systems, especially today and tomorrow, another solar flare came in X8 is now actually X9! So, I’m sure there will be more storms incoming down the road. Keep an eye out for strange behavior in your pets. Currently Chimmie is very sleepy after breakfast which is her ‘normal‘. I’ll report if she is extra active, playful or irritable later.

This hasn’t updated yet, it is an X9 and the storms from X7.1 (g3) are coming today.

I don’t feel bad in the body yet, I will try and take a nap in a bit. I do have high frequencies coming in, pretty intense I’m almost nauseous, reminds me of this song by Atoma, I will post it below. The energy incoming is radiant and pulsing full body. What to do with this energy…it is hard to sit with but at the same time feeling very sleepy. Just let it flow in and do its job, if you can, this is dna recoding. Metatron is healing us at the quantum level.

Water, drink it! Eat fruit it is hydrating and has natural sugars and get a pinch of salt. Listen to your bodies food cravings that is where you’ll know what nutrients you are low in. Look up what the craving means to find out what it means at the basic nutrient level, then find a food rich in that mineral/vitamin. Some examples: lemon=iron, potato=potassium, chocolate=magnesium, salty food=sodium, citrus= vit C meat=protein, red meat= b12,fatty food= E,D3, A, & K2 and possibly omega 3’s, spicy food= the body is overheated, leafy greens= b vitamins and all minerals. If you eat salad make sure you eat fat with it or you won’t absorb the fat soleuble nutrients, like salad healthy oils/dressings, olives, or cheese etc.

I feel the urge to create something today. If I can keep my eyes open, lol. So tired. I should eat now and listen to something energizing.

Not that only that others will love you, but in your example, others will see it is safe to love themselves too. That is a healer ❤️‍🩹
