When I woke up this morning I was having a hard time reading and getting words out of my mouth. It was so weird, and now I have had a huge headache this afternoon. I just finished eating so I guess I’ll see it that fixes it.

I found these ascension symptoms today from thebougeehealer I thought I’d share here incase anyone feels sick today. Continuously clear your energy, if you have access to sage, Palo santo, sandalwood and other woody incense that would be easiest passive clearing. Lemon water, and salt bath will help the body. My selfcare today was to take a day off doing this type of selfcare 😂, but apparently that was not a good idea. Oops, I’m going to do something now.
